Meet Jess Mevellec
Jess’ dental career began in mid-2008, when she was fortunate enough to be granted an opportunity with the #1 producing dental chain in Texas – with no dental experience. Prior to her management position, she was the General Manager of a well-known extended-stay hotel chain in the DFW area. Utilizing her 10+ years of experience in hotel/retail management allowed Jess to provide a fresh new outlook on team building and training in the dental community.
With her initial lack of dental knowledge, Jess had to work twice as hard as those around her to succeed. She worked night and day to gain as much knowledge as she possibly could, studying the Dentrix manual and utilizing every training material she could find. Within less than a year, Jess was training others. It was then that Jess discovered her knack and love for training others while building long-lasting dental families.
